To provide a device enabling multi-layer welding on the circular periphery of extremely narrow piping in the interval with the other piping arranged at the right and the left parts and the lower side.
A horse-shoe shaped torch head part 1, 8, a winding drum part 12, a head rotation-driving mechanism 14 having a horse-shoe shaped rotary gear, connected with the rear part of the torch head part 1, 8, a pipe clamping mechanism part 15 arranged at the rear part of the driving mechanism part 14 and a wire feeding mechanism part 16 arranged at the upper part of the driving mechanism part, are provided and then, the multi-layer welding on the circular periphery can be executed to the piping (a) arranged in the extremely narrow interval with the other piping at the right and the left parts and the lower side. Further, the welding torch 8 in the torch head part 1, 8 provides a torch body and a gauze plate arranged at the lower part of the torch body, and then, good sealing at the welding part can be executed with a shield gas. Furthermore, an arc length control shaft of the torch head part 1, 8 provides a micromotor 2 and a slide 5 and then, the interval adjustment between the welding part and welding torch 8, and a wire nozzle 10 is easily executed.
