Abstract:

To surely operate at a high speed, and manufacture an extracting bag at a low cost.

Especially when the extracting bag to prepare tea is manufactured, this device continuously separates a string material which is divided into individual string sections by holes in the lateral direction. Such a device is equipped with a wheel 1 which continuously rotates, and tongs 3 which are arranged on both sides of the wheel 1, and can relatively move with the wheel 1. In this case, the tongs 3 grip the longitudinal sides of the string section which tries to separate from the string at specified locations in the vicinities of the holes. The string section can be separated by the relative movement of the tongs 3 and the wheel 1.
