To provide a heating/humidifying device capable of efficiently heating air and generating steam by an electric heater without complicating constitution and control, and suitably heating and humidifying the air in a bathroom, rooms or the like.
This heating/humidifying device comprises a steam generating pipe 8 having the electric heater 9 in a water portion 21a, a condensing pipe 12 for condensing the steam generated by heat generation of the electric heater 9, and exchanging the heat with the indoor air for heating the indoor air, a drain returning pipe 16 for recovering drain produced by the condensation in the condensing pipe 12 in the steam generating pipe 8, and a steam jetting pipe 17 for delivering the steam passing through the condensing pipe 12 into the rooms for humidifying the room.
