Abstract:
PURPOSE:To early confirm the propriety of the water tank level signal and to early detect the abnormality by calculating the level change of a water tank from the inflow and outflow amounts of the tank and judging the deviation between the calcu lated level change and its actually measured value in terms of the error factor charac teristic. CONSTITUTION:When a water tank level signal 6 is abnormal, a water tank inflow amount 23 operated from a raceway inlet gate opening amount signal 2 with a water tank outflow amount 42 operated from a guide vane opening amount signal 9. Then a water tank level 45 is estimated from the deviation 43 between both amounts 42 and 43 and the area of a water tank 4. Then, a water tank level 56 calculated after restoration of the abnormality of the signal 6 is compared with the actually measured value. The deviation between the level 56 and the actually measured value is judged in terms of the error factor characteristic 46. The normal signal 6 is judged as long as the deviation is less than the prescribed value and can be immediately applied for control. If said deviation gets out of a prescribed value range, the abnormality of the signal 6 of the actually measured value is judged. Then, the signal 6 is eliminat ed. Thus, it is possible to early confirm the priority of the signal 6 for execution of the normal control.
