Abstract:
To provide a material and a method for treating prevalence of infections of non-A non-B hepatitis virus (NANBV).
An anti-C type hepatitis virus (HCV) antibody immunologically bonding to a site in a polypeptide comprising a sequence of at least 8 consecutive amino acids is provided. The site can be bonded with an antibody against HCV and the sequence comprising at least the 8 consecutive amino acids is obtained from an amino acid sequence having one or several defects, insertions or substitutions in the amino acid sequence.
