The test result is connected with fault information concerned in a fault information storage means 30 by the fault information connection part of a test result write means 70. The hard core test results are stored in the fault information storage means 30 in correspondence with log numbers extracted for respective fault information by a hard core test result write part. Thus, a inspector can learn what kind of the fault occurs in which processor by viewing the log number. Thus, the partition of the fault place can efficiently be executed in a short time and the control of fault information can be synthesized.
