Abstract:
To correctly determine surplus/shortage of a pretension of a feed screw shaft in a single anchor type screw feeding mechanism.SOLUTION: The temperature of a feed screw shaft is set to an optional first temperature T1(x) in S1, the feed screw shaft is rotated for acquiring a first actual movement distance L1 of the table in S2, the temperature of the feed screw shaft is set to an optional second temperature T2(x) being different from the first temperature in S3, and the feed screw shaft is rotated for acquiring a second actual movement distance L2 of the table in S4. Then, a difference L2-L1 between the first actual movement distance and the second actual movement distance is calculated in S5, a thermal expansion amount of the feed screw shaft is calculated based on the distance difference in S6, a thermal displacement suppression ratio is calculated based on the distance difference and thermal expansion amount in S7, a support rigidity of the feed screw shaft is calculated in S8, a pretension of the feed screw shaft is calculated in S9, and the pretension and a preset threshold are compared in S10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
