The clustering of a haplotype is operated by a haplotype clustering processing program 13 so that the influence of a genetic structure existing in a group can be reduced. The relevancy of medical examination information and genetic information is analyzed by using a medical examination information database 11 and a haplotype information database 12 so that highly precise diagnostic support knowledge can be provided. The predetermined individual risk of contracting a disease is calculated by a risk calculation processing program 16 for contracting a disease based on diagnostic support knowledge acquired by the analysis of the relevancy of the medical examination information and the genetic information.
