Abstract:

PURPOSE: To enable the user to easily use the communication equipment having a display area for dial input.

CONSTITUTION: The display system consists of a display overflow mark left 20 representing overflow of information inputted on the left side, a display overflow mark right 21 representing overflow of information inputted on the right side, a cursor indication 22 representing the position for input, insert, delete, and input information. Then in dial input of the communication equipment, the overflow state of the display is informed to the user by the mark display of a predetermined input available digit number and the current input state by cursor indication and an alarm to realize the communication equipment offering convenience of use.
