PURPOSE: To facilitate reorigination by opening a line automatically if the subscriber office of the other party is busy and generating a buzzer tone after a time which an originating subscriber desires and closing the line to reoriginate a call with the depression of one button.

CONSTITUTION: If a busy tone is detected on a line (a) by a busy tone detecting circuit 6 during or after dial transmission, a line closing circuit is released by a busy state discriminating means 5d to open the line, and a timer means 5e starts counting the time thereafter. After the set time, a buzzer tone generating circuit 7 is started by the timer means 5e to transmit the buzzer tone from a speaker 4 through an amplifying circuit 3. When a reoriginating button 9 is depressed thereafter, this depression is detected by a button input discriminating means 5a to start the line closing circuit 1, and the telephone number stored in a storage means 5b is read out from a stored contents reading means 5c and is transmitted from a dial originating circuit 2.
