Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain extremely simple structure, and to engage a gate bar member to an arbitrary member except an engaging hole formed to the main body of a padlock and locking the padlock.
CONSTITUTION: A main body 20, a pipe member 30, which is rotated and is not moved in the main body and is disposed slidably in the axial direction, a gate bar member 40 rotatably inserted and held into the internal hole of the pipe member 30, and a plurality of dial rings 50, 51, 52, which are held to the main body 20 so that parts of outer circumferences are exposed from the main body 20 while being inserted to the gate bar member 40 and to the outer circumferences of which digits are formed, are provided. Notched grooves 53, 54, 55 are formed to the internal holes of the dial rings 50, 51, 52 in the axial direction. Projection sections 32, 33, 34 capable of being intruded into the notched grooves 53, 54, 55 to each of the rotary dial rings 50, 51, 52 are formed to the outer circumference of the pipe member 30.
