Abstract:

PURPOSE: To allow a caller to confirm the intended dialing for each dial number by allowing the caller to listen to a number signal sent through the dialing of a telephone set in voice.

CONSTITUTION: An address circuit 3 receives a coded number signal from a ten-key 1 of a telephone set, converts the signal into an address signal corresponding to the number signal and outputs it. A storage circuit 4 digitizes a voice signal corresponding to the dial number, stores it to a prescribed address in advance and outputs the relevant digital signal when the address signal is received. A voice circuit 5 receives the digital signal outputted from the storage circuit 4, converts the signal into a relevant analog signal and inputs it to a receiver circuit 8 of the telephone set.
