Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dialog device realizing natural dialog.SOLUTION: A dialogue device 1 according to one embodiment of the present invention is a dialogue device that determines and outputs a response sentence corresponding to an inputted user's word based on a dialogue model, and comprises a response generating unit 4 for generating a response sentence associated with the response type showing the kind of the response based on the user's word, an intention estimating unit 5 for estimating the intention of the user based on the user's word, a dialog model storage unit 6 storing dialog models showing the relationship between user's intentions and response types, a response selecting unit 7 for selecting a response type corresponding to the user's intension with reference to the dialogue model and selecting a response sentence to be output, an evaluation point storage unit storing preset evaluation points based on the combination of the user's intention and the response type, and a dialog model learning unit 9 assigning evaluation points based on the estimated user's intention and the selected response type and learning whether the dialog model is suitable or not based on the given evaluation points.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
