Abstract:
To provide a compound which can be used as a raw material monomer for producing a polyimide having high light transmissivity, excellent solubility in a solvent, and sufficiently high heat resistance.SOLUTION: There are provided: diamine derivatives represented by the following formula; or salts formed from the diamine derivatives and acids. A1, A2, A3 and A4 are each independently hydrogen, a C3-10 cycloalkyl, a C3-10 cycloalkenyl, phenyl, naphthyl, fluorenyl or pyridyl; and Z1, Z2, Z3 and Z4 are each independently a single bond, a C1-20 alkylene, a C2-20 alkenediyl or a C2-20 alkynediyl.SELECTED DRAWING: None
