To provide a compound particularly useful as a protein kinase inhibitor for JAK family kinase to deal with the demand to develop a compound as a selective protein kinase inhibitor.
The invention relates to an inhibitor of protein kinase, particularly to the inhibitor of JAK2 and JAK3. The invention also provides a pharmaceutical composition comprising the compound, a process for preparing the compound, and a method of using the composition in the treatment of various disorders. The compound and the pharmaceutical composition thereof are useful for treatment or prevention of various disorders, including, but not limited to, an allergy, asthma, an autoimmune disease such as transplant rejection, rheumatoid arthritis, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis and multiple sclerosis, as well as solid and hematologic malignancies such as leukemia and lymphoma.
