To provide a rubber diaper (excretion tool) for a patient which performs washing in order to remove odor, sore of the skin, and the like when the crotch becomes dirty with feces and urine of the patient, keeps the crotch clean, protects the health, and is safe.

A rubber tube has a circle shape inside the rubber diaper 1, a discharge port 4 is provided below the feces outlet of the patient inside the rubber diaper 1, a washing water outlet 5 is provided above an urine outlet and attached around the discharge port 4 and the washing water outlet 5. The crotch of the patient's body is fastened by the rubber diaper 1, air pressure inside the rubber tube and expansion and contraction of the rubber are used to stick the diaper to the crotch, so that fetes and urine are prevented from leaking outside the circle where the rubber tube inside the rubber diaper 1 is attached, the feces and the urine are washed off with washing water (warm water, cold water), the water is drained through a connected pipe from a draining outlet to clean the inside of the crotch of the patient. Further, a pipe connected to the washing water outlet 5 is connected to a hot air dryer and the like to dry the inside of the crotch.
