PURPOSE: To easily mix plural solutions in a hermetic vessel by providing an electric magnet for driving the permanent magnet in the direction of a diaphragm and arranging the point of a needle mounted on the permanent magnet for breaking the diaphragm so as to confront the diaphragm.

CONSTITUTION: At the time of operation, electric current is supplied to the electric magnet 5 from an electric power source 20. By this electric current, the permanent magnet 1 is popped out by repelling force to the direction shown by arrow A, and the point of the needle 4 for breaking the diaphragm breaks through the diaphragm 6. By the breakage of the diaphragm 6, a 1st solution 7 and a 2nd solution 8 which are separated each other are mixed to start reacting. By fractionally supplying electric current ON/OFF, the mixing of the 1st solution 7 and the 2nd solution 8 are promoted. The permanent magnet 1 is coated by fluororesin such as 'Teflon(R)', and the needle 4 for breaking the diaphragm is formed by such as ceramics.
