Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diaphragm capable of suppressing increase in weight and improving designability, a manufacturing method of the diaphragm, and a speaker device.SOLUTION: A second layer L2 is formed between a third layer L3 and a first layer L1, such that a binder of a binder entangled body 3 can be entangled with a part of a first fiber of fabric 2 and a part of a second fiber of an entangled body 4, and the layers can be surely fixed to each other. At such a time, if the binder is entangled to another layer in an interface, a sufficient fixing force can be obtained, it is not necessary to form the second layer L2 thick, and increase in weight of a diaphragm 1 can be suppressed. A permeation layer L11 is formed equal to or less than 1/2 thickness of the first layer L1, patterns or colors of the fabric 2 are unlikely to be influenced, and the first layer L1 is formed from the fabric 2 having appropriate design, thereby improving designability.
