Abstract:
To simplify structure and facilitate use.
A diaphragm pump 10 comprises a right-left pair of pump parts 20a and 20b having pump chambers 24a and 24b expandable and compressible through deflective deformation of diaphragms 22. A rod 26 is supported for axial displacement between bath pump parts 20a and 20b, and both ends of the rod 26 are coupled to the diaphragms 22 of the pump parts 20a and 20b. A motor 16 mounted with an eccentric cam 29 (cam member) on an output shaft 16a is disposed between both pump parts 20a and 20b, and the eccentric cam 29 is situated between a pair of cam followers 26a fixed on the rod 26. When the motor 16 rotatively drives the eccentric cam 29, the rod 26 is reciprocated.
