Abstract:
To provide a diaphragm structure capable of suppressing rotation of a diaphragm with axial rotation of a shaft body by a simple constitution in comparison with a diaphragm structure in which the rotation of the diaphragm with axial rotation of the shaft body is suppressed by fitting a pin over both grooves respectively formed on a peripheral face of the shaft body and a peripheral face of a hole of a support body.SOLUTION: A diaphragm structure 100 includes: a diaphragm 20; a shaft body 50 penetrating through the diaphragm 20 and movable along an axial direction and a circumferential direction to the diaphragm 20, the shaft body 50 being provided with a contact face 54X to be brought into contact with the diaphragm 20 from a convex face side of the diaphragm 20; and a support body 32 to which a peripheral edge of the diaphragm 20 is fixed, and which is provided with a hole 32A along an axial direction of the shaft body 20, and supports the shaft body 50 in a manner that the shaft body 50 is movable along the axial direction, by fitting a part 52 of the shaft body 50 to an inner side of the hole 32A.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
