Abstract:
To realize a structure in which piping by a seepage flow in a culvert section in a trough gate and a trough pipe is interrupted surely.
Diaphragms 10 for the trough gate and the trough pipe having notched sections 5 notched in a size equal to the width of the culvert sections 1 at fixed positions in the longitudinal direction of the culvert sections 1 in the trough gate and the trough pipe constructed in a bank body are laid so that the peripheral sections of the notched sections 5 and the culvert sections 1 are stuck fast and the notched sections 5 are penetrated by the culvert sections 1.
