To provide a die device with which variation in dimensional accuracy of pressed parts is suppressed by making the amount of thermal contraction of the press-formed parts after forming constant by performing die opening at a certain heat expansion by a die opening means which is provided on a die regardless of the variation in temperature by the number of strokes.
The die opening device for opening a die by opening an upper die and a lower die when the temperature of a die portion for forming a metallic sheet becomes a prescribed temperature is provided on the die opening device. The die opening device 1 is provided with a case 2, pin 3 which is housed and arranged in this case 2 and made of a metallic material whose coefficient of linear thermal expansion is higher than that of the case 2, terminal 4 the tip 4a of which is housed and arranged toward the pin 3 in the case 2 and which is made of the same metallic material as the pin 3 and die opening switch 5 with which the upper die and the lower die are opened by turning to on from a non-contact state by contacting the tip parts 3a, 4a of the pin 3 which is extended by thermal expansion and the terminal 4 each other when the temperature of the die portion for forming a metallic sheet becomes the prescribed temperature.
