To provide a die head which is capable of accurately making the gap size of the slit gap constant to the die head longitudinal direction while using a first and second die blocks which are thinly weight-reduced.

In the die head 13 having a structure to clamp the first and second die blocks 17, 18 with a plurality of bolts 22, it has a structure in which a reinforcement material with large rigidness is arranged at the outer face side of the first and second die blocks 17, 18 and is clamped with a bolt 22. The deflection at the leading front and both the end area of the die blocks 17, 18 which may be caused by the bolt clamping is suppressed to be small so that the gap size of the slit gap formed between both the die blocks 17, 18 becomes uniform to the die head longitudinal direction.
