An isothermal transformation part 11 of a die 10 for isothermal transformation comprises a forming die 13 made of SKD61 and an insert member 14 made of copper, and a heater pipe 15 is arranged in the insert member 14 to perform the isothermal transformation of a lever part of a work 16. A Nichrome wire is arranged in the heater pipe 15 made of steel, and the heat is generated through the PID control, and the insert member 14 is formed in the forming die 13. A hardening part 12 is made of SKD61, and partitioned by a heat insulation plate 12a so as to make it difficult to transfer the heat of the isothermal transformation part 11 to the hardening part 12. The heat of a heater is easily transferred to the forming die 13 by using the insert member 14 of larger thermal conductivity than that of the forming die 13, and even the work 16 made of steel can be formed.
