Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramic multilayer board that has a low sintered temperature, high substrate strength and excellent substrate properties.
SOLUTION: This ceramic multilayer board is produced by laminating an insulating ceramic substrates 3a, 3b and a dielectric ceramic layer 2 and firing the laminate. In this case, the insulating ceramic substrates 3a, 3b are formed with a low-temperature sintering ceramic material of BaO-Al2O3-SiO2 and the dielectric ceramic layer 2 is formed with a dielectric ceramic material prepared by mixing a dielectric ceramic component represented by the formula: BaO- TiO2-(Nd1-mMem)O3/2 (Me is one element selected from the lanthanoids and 0≤m≤1.0) with 3.0-35.0 wt.% of a composition including 20.0-65.0 mol.% of BaO, 5.0-50.0 mol.% of SiO2 and 10.0-50 mol.% of B2O3.
