Abstract:
To provide a dielectric ceramic powder which can secure fluidity of a mixture with a resin even in the case a powder by a pulverizing method is used.
The dielectric ceramic powder has a specific surface area of 9 m2/cm3 or less and a lattice strain of 0.2 or less. By regulating the specific surface area and the lattice strain as above, the dielectric ceramic powder can secure fluidity of a mixture with a resin even if it is constituted of an amorphous particle by pulverizing method, and can obtain a high dielectric property as a compound dielectric material.
