Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric composite material having a relatively small amount of a dielectric substance and high specific permeability and a production method thereof.SOLUTION: A dielectric composite material includes a matrix made of a resin, and a dielectric material phase made of an inorganic compound dispersed inside of the matrix, and the dielectric material phase has a structure connected in the electrode facing direction in the inside of the matrix. The dielectric composite material is preferable to be formed of a conjugate of the composite particles in which a film made of the inorganic compound is formed in the circumference of matrix particles made of the resin. The dielectric composite material like this is obtained by forming the composite particles by forming a film made of the inorganic material on a surface of the matrix particles made of the resin to form composite particles.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
