Abstract:
To provide a configuration capable of measuring a dielectric constant of a sample to be tested in a broad band according to one measurement by using a pair of antenna couplers.SOLUTION: A dielectric constant measuring device 1 includes: a platform 10 on which a first antenna coupler 12 and a second antenna coupler 14 are arranged in parallel so that their respective flat emission surfaces are mutually opposed, and a sample 16 to be tested is disposed between the first antenna coupler 12 and the second antenna coupler 14; a measuring instrument 30 which emits electromagnetic waves in a prescribed frequency range from the first antenna coupler 12 toward the sample 16 to be tested and the second antenna coupler 14, measures reflection waves from the first antenna coupler 12, and transmission waves from the second antenna coupler 14 respectively, and generates an S parameter on the basis of the reflection waves and the transmission waves; and a personal computer 50 which acquires the S parameter generated by the measuring instrument 30, and evaluates a dielectric constant property of the sample 16 to be tested, on the basis of the S parameter.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
