Abstract:

To provide a dielectric used in a display device.

The dielectric has the lower side dielectric layer composed of a photosensitive composition and the upper side dielectric layer composed of the photosensitive composition formed on the lower side dielectric layer. The transmittance of the upper side dielectric layer to light used in a certain pattern exposure is lower than the transmittance of the lower side dielectric layer to the light used in the pattern exposure.
