PURPOSE: To facilitate the control of the band width and also to reduce the variance of the filter characteristic even in the constitution of a multistage filter.
CONSTITUTION: An internal electrode 16 is formed in a laminated dielectric substrate and at the same time the external electrodes 18 are formed on a single side surface and both main surfaces of the substrate. Then the slits 10 are provided so that the electrode 16 are cut at the other side surface side. Thus a resonator block 14 where the 1/4 wavelength resonance strip line type resonators 12a...12c are connected together at one of both end parts of the block 14 is obtained. The outer substrates 22a and 22b having the electrodes 24 on the outer main surface and at the outer circumferential part respectively are joined to both sides of the block 14 and unified together. The island-shaped electrodes 20a and 20b which are independent of the electrode 18 are provided to the resonators of both sides in order to secure the input/output connection. Otherwise the separate connection adjusting dielectrics can be put into the slits 10. A covering means is provided on an open surface.
