Abstract:
To achieve further reduction of an inductance value in a matching circuit.SOLUTION: The dielectric heating device includes a matching circuit unit 4 and a drive unit for adjusting a matching condition of the matching circuit unit 4. The matching circuit unit 4 includes: a Cs capacitor comprised of a central feeding electrode plate 60 and a Cs electrode plate 61 fixed on a device body 10 and opposing on the lower side; a Cp capacitor comprised of a feeding electrode plate 60 and a Cp capacitor plate 62 opposing on the upper side; and a plurality of inductance members each one end of which is connected with the Cs electrode plate. The drive unit includes: a Cs drive unit for lifting the feeding electrode plate 60 and a Cp drive unit for lifting the Cp electrode plate 62.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
