Abstract:
To provide a dielectric porcelain composition having high specific resistance and dielectric constant and low dielectric loss even in baking under a low oxygen partial pressure by mixing BaTiO3, CaTiO3, CaCO3, BaZrO3 and MnTiO3 and baking.
This dielectric porcelain composition is expressed by the formula: {(Ba1-αCaα)O}k(Ti1-βZrβ)O3+pMnTiO3+qSiO2 ((k), (p) and (q) are: 1<(k)<1.05, 0.001<(p)<0.03, 0.001<(q)<0.01; α and β are each ≤0.05) and is obtained by drying mixed powder of BaTiO3, CaTiO3, CaCO3, BaZrO3 and MnTiO3 and baking at 1,000-1,100°C.
