PURPOSE: To attain ease of manufacture and the mass-productivity by forming an outer circumferential conductor part only to prescribed three faces of a dielectric porcelain hexahedron base so as to decrease the amount of use of conductive material.
CONSTITUTION: The dielectric porcelain base 1 is formed as a hexahedron and two through-conductor parts 21, 22 are formed at a distance d1 between two opposed faces 101 and 102 in the broadwise direction of the base 1. Then the outer circumferential conductor part 3 is coated on the surface of one face, e.g., a face 102 between two faces 101, 102 on which ends of the conductor parts 21, 22 are placed and two opposed side faces, e.g., 103, 104 among four side faces 103∼ 106. The other face 101 on which the end of the conductor parts 21, 22 is placed and the other opposed side faces 105, 106 among the four side faces 103∼106 have no outer circumferential conductor part and the raw face of the base 1 remains as it is. Thus, the amount of the use of conductive material is decreased remarkably.
