The diene-based rubber composition for a bead filler comprises blending: 50-90 pts.wt. of carbon black; 10-30 pts.wt. of flat-like talc in which a value of a flat coefficient A defined by the following formula: A=(an average particle size by a laser diffraction method-an average particle size by a centrifuge setting method)/(an average particle size by a centrifuge setting method) is 3-7; 5-40 pts.wt. of a phenolic resin; and 0.5-5 pts.wt. of a curing agent for the phenolic resin, based on 100 pts.wt. of a diene-based rubber.
