PURPOSE: To make structure simple and inexpensive and to improve operation efficiency by causing a stopper to advance or retreat to stop a punching table and by selecting the punch of a desired diameter.

CONSTITUTION: A stopper 35 corresponding to the punch 20 of a desired diameter is caused to project upwards by the operation of an air cylinder 36, and then an air cylinder 14 for a moving table 3 is actuated to move the moving table 3 and a punching table 4 in the direction of a stopper 35, where the edge of the moving table 3 becomes in contact with the stopper 35 and stops, the punch 20 being holded under the ram 42. Then, a work 8 is set between the punch 20 and a die 19, and then a hydraulic cylinder is operated to make the ram 42 fall to punch the hole of a desired diameter. In order to select other punch 20, the stopper 35 corresponding to each punch is preferably projected.
