PURPOSE: To pack automatically by combining many different kinds of parts by a method wherein a plurality of feeders are arranged corresponding to the kinds of parts and a detecting part is mounted at tip end of each of their shoots.

CONSTITUTION: In each feeder 10, a large amount of screws, flat washers, spring washers and nuts are stored, and when a start signal is inputted to start the feeders 10 all at once, they are fed to respective shoots 11 in lines through a detecting part 20 and placed on a conveyor 1 which is positioned just below the detecting part 20. On the other hand, during this series of movements, the detecting part 20 counts the parts. When the count number reaches a prescribed value, the feeders 10 stop successively. When a start signal of a conveyor 1 is inputted by a last stop signal of the feeder 10, the screws, flat washers, spring washers, nuts are transferred forward toward a transfer end. When they reach the transfer end, these parts are fed through a guide cylinder 3 into a packing device and further into a bag. Thus, the screws, washers and nuts are put into the bag, and the bag is sealed and exhausted.
