Abstract:
To make the common-mode gain of a differential amplifier circuit to be zero or variable.
A differential amplifier circuit connected to an impedance transmission circuit 26 is disclosed. The circuit 26 transmits an AC input impedance to an output impedance and inverts its polarity, to vary the common-mode gain of the amplifier. The circuit 26 utilizes two MOS transistors 32, 34 and an operational amplifier 28, which makes the drain voltages of the transistors 32, 34 identical.
