Abstract:
To provide a differential device which can suppress deterioration in the strength of a differential case.
In the differential device 1 having the differential case 13 provided with an elongated hole shape opening portion 15 for assembling one of a pair of side gears therethrough, an opening portion 17 for assembling a plurality of pinions therethrough, and opening portions 19 for assembling pinion pins therethrough, both end portions 21, 23 of the opening portion 15 for the longitudinal side gear are separated from the rotational region 25 in which the opening portions 19 for the pinion pins rotates about the rotational axis of the differential case 13.
