PURPOSE: To aim at the compact size of a differential limiting-device by providing No.1 spline which is engaged with one member out of two members capable of relative rotation and No.2 spline which is freely engaged with/disengaged from a sleeve, in an outer case.

CONSTITUTION: A plurality of No.1, No.2 disk members 71a, 72a connected to an outer case 71 and an inner case 72 respectively are arranged alternately in a space formed by the outer case 71 and the inner case 72 capable of making relative rotation. A clutch hub 75 connected to the inner case 72 and the sleeve 74 which is slidable on a spline formed along the outer circumference of the hub 75 are provided, and No.1, No.2 spline 71b, 71c formed on the outer case 71 contribute to the connection of the outer case 71 to a ring gear 52 and the connection of the outer case 71 to a sun gear 53 so that the structure of this part can be in a compact size.
