Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diffusion method and a diffusion system capable of uniformly and stably performing diffusion to a water to be treated.
SOLUTION: A plurality of diffusers provided with diffusion membranes are arranged in the water to be treated and air permeation and the stoppage of the air permeation are performed by each of the diffusers by mutually and independently controlling the flow rate of the air to be supplied to each of the diffusers. As a result, the destabilization of the activated sludge treatment by settlement of sludge and the degradation in oxygen transfer efficiency are prevented, and the suppression of the variation in the air quantity in the diffusers and the fluctuation in the air pressure thereof, the removal of the deposits in diffusion apertures, etc., are made possible.
