Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent a privates-washing nozzle and a warm air outlet from being contaminated.
CONSTITUTION: A shielding cover 3 is provided so that it can move freely between a position for blocking the front side of a warm air outlet 1 and the front side of a privcates-washing nozzle 2 housed in a retracted position and a position which opens the front side of the warm air outlet 1 and is unobstructive to the forward movement of the privates-washing nozzle 2. A toilet seat-side gear 60 that pivots associated with a toilet seat 4 is meshed with a driven gear 61 provided to one end of an operating arm 29. An arm 12 which pivots associated with pivoting of the operating arm 29 is connected to the shielding cover 3. And the shielding cover is associated with the swing motion of the toilet seat 4 so that the shielding cover 3 can be placed, when the toilet seat 4 is put in upright position, in the position for blocking the front side of the warm air outlet 1 and the front side of the privates-washing nozzle 2 and can be placed, when the toilet seat 4 is fallen down, in the position which opens the front side of the warm air outlet 1 and is unobstructive to the forward movement of the privates-washing nozzle 2.
