Title:
DIGITAL CAMERA SYSTEM
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2000253300
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To display a desired image in a short time by displaying the desired image by one control.

A PC 10 includes a CPU 10a, a microcomputer 36 transmits an entire image to the PC 10 in response to a request of the CPU 10a, and a monitor 12 displays the entire image. When an optional range on the entire image is designated, the CPU 10a detects address data at four corners of the designated range. The CPU 10a designates a partial image coincident with the image captured at present by a digital camera 18 among the entire image and figures out the address data of the four corners of the partial image. Succeedingly the CPU 10a generates a control signal on the basis of both the address data and gives the control signal to the microcomputer 36. Panning, tilt and zooming are controlled in response to the control signal and a desired image is photographed. The desired image is sent to the PC 10 and displayed next to the entire image.
