Abstract:
To provide a digital camera which has an imaging part and a camera main body freely attached to and detached from each other and can transmit and receive signals by radio communication without bringing about control defects in the case that they are detached from each other.
Detection means 220 and 310 detect whether an imaging part 3 is connected to a camera main body 2 or not, and function change means 201, 310 and 311 change function operations of the camera main body 2 when it is confirmed by the detection means that the imaging part is detached from the camera main body.
