Abstract:
To provide a digital camera capable of rationally utilizing a storage medium by improving the way of storing data to the storage medium.
The digital camera of this invention includes: an imaging section; a loading section into which a rewrite limited memory can be loaded; a built-in memory; and a control means for controlling reservation of a temporary storage capacity to the built-in memory for temporarily storing picked-up image data when the loaded memory is the rewrite limited memory. As described in the claim 2, the temporary storage capacity of the built-in memory is ensured depending on the capacity of the rewrite limited memory in the digital camera described in the claim 1.
