To provide a digital certificate system and its certificate data in which digital data themselves become certificates and the certificates are not forged.
The present invention relates to certificate data 10 and a digital certificate system using the same, the certificate data including external layer information 20 which results from digitizing information of an original for certification and is provided to be read by a reading apparatus, and internal layer information 30 which results from digitizing information of an original for certification and creating the digitized information of the original for certification to have the identity with the information of the original for certification as the external layer information 20, and is provided to be read by the reading apparatus. As a result, it is possible to obtain certificate data which are the certificates and are not forged. Furthermore, since the information of the original for certification is digital data, it can be instantaneously delivered via the Internet.
