Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve the reliability of a digital code signal input by blocking an output of a data set signal while the state of a code signal is changed so as not to read a data set by a parallel serial circuit side.
CONSTITUTION: A state change detecting circuit 10 outputs a state change signal 11 when the state of each bit of a digital code signal 4 is changing to block an output of a data set signal 9 via an inverter 12. Thus, no data set signal 9 is outputted during the state change period. When the state change is finished and the logic of each bit is stabilized, the state change signal 11 goes to "0", an output of an inverter 12 goes to "1" and the output block of the data set signal is released.
