Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital color copying machine capable of adding right date data to an output image as trace information even when a date for normal display is changed by operation to an operation part.
SOLUTION: This copying machine is provided with a date data generator which generates date data based on the world standard time as a reference and where setting of date cannot be changed, a means which calculates a difference between inputted date data and date data based on the world standard time as a reference obtained from the date data generator to store the calculating result in a nonvolatile memory as an offset value when the date data for setting or adjusting the date is inputted, a means using the date data based on the world standard time as a reference obtained from the date data generator as date data to be used as trace information, and a means for generating normal date data by adding the offset value to the date data based on the world standard time as a reference obtained from the date data generator.
