Abstract:
PURPOSE: To increase disk capacity without providing a clock part recording a reference data in a header part and a clock part.
CONSTITUTION: One round of a disk is divided into plural sectors and respective sectors are divided into a header part and a data part. An AM signal and an ID signal as a synchronizing signal for the header part are recorded in the header part and a SYNC signal as a synchronizing signal for the data part and data are recorded in the data part. All these digital data are recorded by a self-clock system and the reference data for generating the clock as the reference for reproduction are not recorded in the header part and the data part.
