Abstract:

To generate the digital delay interpolation signals of the time shorter than a sample cycle as the ones for a fading simulator.

When A/D converting signals in a cycle (low sample cycle) longer than the minimum delay time (delay resolution), digitally interpolating the amplitude value of the cycle equivalent to the minimum delay time and obtaining signals sampled in the minimum delay time, by digitally interpolating sample values a-e of an original sample point using a Nyquist filter, the digital delay interpolation signals having the delay time shorter than the sample cycle Ts can be generated at a new sample point A.
