Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a digital information recording and reproducing device which can record information at a high efficiency and only outputs necessary information by performing recording or reproduction by controlling the speed in accordance with the multiplexing number or speed of digital information multiplexed in time division or input transferring speed information when the multiplexing number or speed changes with time.
CONSTITUTION: A recording information preparing means 24 prepares recording information in accordance with the dynamic change of the multiplexing number of digital information and each input transferring speed information and a speed controlling means 25 controls the speed of a recording medium to a decided recording speed. Then a means 23 which generates recording signals any time generates a recording signal from the digital information and recording information and records the signals. At the time of reproduction, a reproduced signal selecting means 27 separates the recording information from the digital information and reproduced information detecting means 28 detects the multiplexing number and output transferring speed information from the separated recording information. In addition, the means 25 dynamically changes the reproducing speed. Therefore, the time-division multiplexed digital information which dynamically changes in recording quantity can be recorded and reproduced.
